As from 1st January 2017 NB Cycle Coaching will be moving to Tenby Leisure Centre. The Pembroke Dock Centre will stay open up to the end of March 2017 with sessions continuing. Full details of the sessions can be found in the schedule page.

 

15 May 2016 – Dave Francis has won the M40 category at the Welsh Sprint Triathlon Championships held at Llanelli. He finished 7th overall. At the same event the relay team with Tracey Thomas also won their category

 

5th Jan 2016 – The training centre has had a re-vamp. It’s surprising what a lick of paint can do. Thanks to all the guys that came down to lend a hand with the cleaning off and painting (see photo).
